  • How should I hang my message board? Hang it on a couple of small nails. Do not drive nails or screw directly into the message board!
  • What type of ink is used to print the message boards? We use curable, fade-resistant UV inks that are 95.5% HOV free.
  • What type of plastic is used to make the message boards? We use durable 1/8" white aerated PVC plastic sheets to print on.
  • How long will it take to make my message board? Because we custom make each message board it will take 5 to 10 working days.
  • How long is my message board guaranteed for? They are guaranteed not to fade significantly for up to three years.
  • Is the shipping for my message board free? You must order two or more message boards to qualify for free shipping.
  • What are the message board dimensions? They are approximately 24.5" high by 31" wide. Each design may vary slightly.
  • How can I tell if the photo I uploaded to you is OK to use? We will contact you if there are any concerns related to your photo.
  • How should I clean my message board? We recommend using a feather duster or dry cloth. Do not use a cleaning solution or water!
